  • Product Description

The Protein A-coupled Magnetic Beads are 2.8 µm superparamagnetic particles covalently coupled to a highly pure form of protein A. The beads can be used to capture the antibodies in Chemiluminescence procedures.
The Protein A is a 42 kDa surface protein, It binds the heavy chain within the Fc region of most immunoglobulins and also within the Fab region in the case of the human VH3 family.
The Anti-Protein A-coupled Magnetic Beads is easy to capture the antibodies, and the bounded antibody have no activity lost, this ready to use products could greatly save your protein coupling time and hassle, and help us get the best performance and highly reproducible results.

  • Application

The Protein A-coupled Magnetic Beads is used to capture the most antibodies, it can combination with Acridinium ester markers in chemiluminescence technology, The Acridinium ester markers such as Streptavidin-Acridinium ester can capture the biotinylated proteins or molecules, this allows detection of antigen and antibody binding or antibody screening.

  • Reconstitution

See Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for detailed instruction.

  • Storage

Upon receipt, please store the Beads at -20℃. The shelf life is 1 year at -20 ℃.

Please avoid more than 3 freeze-thaw cycles once reconstitution, immediate use after reconstitution is highly recommended.
