APC-Labeled Human HLA-A*01:01&B2M&MAGEA3 (EVDPIGHLY) Tetramer Protein (HL3-HA2E3) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Gly 25-Thr 305 (HLA-A*01:01) & Ile 21 - Met 119 (B2M) & EVDPIGHLY peptide (Accession # Q5SUL5 (HLA-A*01:01) & P61769-1 (B2M) & EVDPIGHLY).

Predicted N-terminus: Gly 25 & Glu

Molecular Characterization

APC-Labeled Human HLA-A*01:01&B2M&MAGEA3 (EVDPIGHLY) Tetramer Protein is assembled by biotinylated monomer and APC-labeled streptavidin.

Biotinylated Human HLA-A*01:01&B2M&MAGEA3 (EVDPIGHLY) Complex Protein is produced by co-expression of HLA-A*01:01 and B2M loaded with MAGEA3 peptide. Biotinylated Human HLA-A*01:01&B2M&MAGEA3 (EVDPIGHLY) Complex Protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).
