Mouse IL-12B&IL-12A Heterodimer Protein, Tag Free&His Tag (IL2-M52W3) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Met 23 - Ser 335 (IL-12B) & Arg 23 - Ala 215 (IL-12A) (Accession # P43432 (IL-12B) & P43431 (IL-12A)).

Mouse IL-12B&IL-12A Heterodimer Protein, Tag Free&His Tag, produced by co-expression of IL-12B and IL-12A, has a calculated MW of 35.8 kDa (IL-12B) and 23.6 kDa (IL-12A). Subunit IL-12B is no tag and subunit IL-12A contains a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. The protein migrates as 28-30 kDa, 42-43 kDa and 45-46 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
The protein is designed as a heterodimer.

Mouse IL-12B&IL-12A Heterodimer Protein, Tag Free&His Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 90% (With Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker).
