IL-2 R beta & IL-2 R alpha & IL-2 R gamma
Rat IL-2RB&IL-2RA&IL-2RG, His Tag&Twin-Strep Tag (ILG-R5223) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Ala 27 - Glu 239 (IL-2RB) & Glu 22 - Gln 235 (IL-2RA) & Ser 25 - Ala 262 (IL-2RG) (Accession # P26896-1 (IL-2RB) & P26897-1 (IL-2RA) & Q68FU6-1 (IL-2RG)).
Predicted N-terminus: Ala 27 (IL-2RB) & Glu 22 (IL-2RA)
Rat IL-2RB&IL-2RA&IL-2RG, His Tag&Twin-Strep Tag is produced by co-expression of IL-2RB and IL-2RA and IL-2RG, has a calculated MW of 30.2 kDa (IL-2RB) and 59.3 kDa (IL-2RA&IL-2RG). Subunit IL-2RB is fused with a his tag at the C-terminus and subunit IL-2RA&IL-2RG is fused with a Twin-Strep Tag at the C-terminus. The reducing (R) protein migrates as 45 kDa and 110 kDa respectively due to glycosylation.
The protein is designed as a heterotrimer.
Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method / rFC method.
>95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS, pH7.4 with trehalose as protectant.
