Cynomolgus / Rhesus macaque OX40, Fc Tag (OX0-C5251) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Lys 28 - Ala 214 (Accession # XP_001090870.1). In the region Lys 28 - Ala 214, the amino acid sequences of Cynomolgus and Rhesus macaque OX40 are identical.
Predicted N-terminus: Lys 28
This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 46.9 kDa. The protein migrates as 60-66 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method / rFC method.
>95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
