Description

The Jurkat/Human CD8 alpha & CD8 beta Stable Cell Line was engineered to express the full length human CD8 alpha (Uniprot: P01732) and CD8 beta (Uniprot: P10966). Surface expression of human CD8 alpha & CD8 beta was confirmed by flow cytometry.
