SDS-PAGE
Biotinylated Monoclonal Anti-Human-IgG-Fc Antibody, Mouse IgG1 on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 90% (With Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker).
Bioactivity-ELISA
Immobilized Human IgG1 Kappa Isotype Control (mAb) (Cat. No. DNP-M2) at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Biotinylated Monoclonal Anti-Human-IgG-Fc Antibody, Mouse IgG1 (Cat. No. IGG-BLS307) with a linear range of 0.03-4 ng/mL (QC tested).
Protocol
Binding activity of Biotinylated Monoclonal Anti-Human-IgG-Fc Antibody, Mouse IgG1 (Cat. No. IGG-BLS307) to different Human IgGs, as determined by ELISA. Human IgGs were coated at 1 μg/mL. The primary antibody (Cat. No. IGG-BLS307) was serially diluted starting from 62.5 ng/mL, and Streptavidin Protein-HRP, Horseradish peroxidase conjugated Streptavidin (Acro, Cat. No. STN-NH913) was used as the secondary antibody at a dilution of 0.1 μg/mL. Binding was measured by OD₄₅₀ (Routinely tested).
