Introduction de fond

The anti-Human CD197 (CCR7) monoclonal antibody specifically binds to cell-surface CCR7 (CD197), a seven-transmembrane G-protein-coupled receptor that interacts with chemokines CCL19 and CCL21. CCR7 mediates leukocyte homing to secondary lymphoid tissues, and its differential expression distinguishes T cell subsets. Aberrant CCR7 expression is linked to lymphoma metastasis and autoimmune disease progression, making it a key target for immunotherapy research. PE-labeled CCR7 antibody can facilitate relevant drug research and development.
