Background
Recombinant Monoclonal Anti-E-Cadherin Antibody, Mouse (3F7) is a E-Cadherin primary antibody for IHC application. E-Cadherin plays a critical role in cell-cell juncations. Due to these vital functions, it serves important roles in both physiological and pathological contexts, including the tumor metastasis and invasion. E-Cadherin is over-expressed in a variety of tumors so that it is widely employed in cell biology and oncology research.
