Background

Inotuzumab is a CD22-binding humanized monoclonal antibody. Inotuzumab is composed of the Fv (variable; antigen-binding) regions derived from the murine m5/44 anti-CD22 monoclonal antibody specific for the extracellular domain of human CD22 with human IgG4 heavy and kappa light chain constant (framework) regions.
