Product Overview
ELISA Washing Buffer is a PBS-based wash buffer for use in sandwich ELISA procedures. The buffer is the same formulation that is supplied with most ELISA kits for cytokines and biomarkers, but not all. The 20X concentrated stock solution provided should be diluted to create a 1X working buffer for use in ELISA.
Application
Use as a wash buffer when performing ELISAs. This wash buffer is used in most ELISA Kits, but not all.Please contact Technical Assistance for kit-specific information.
Storage
Unopened product should be stored at 2℃-30℃ upon receiving. The shelf life is 30 days from the date of opening.
