Workflow
Storage
Keep the unopened kit stored at 2-8 °C. Avoid using the kit beyond its expiration date. The opened kit should be stored per components table. The shelf life is 30 days from the date of opening.

For each experiment, a standard curve needs to be set for each microplate, and the specific OD value may vary depending on different laboratories, testers, or equipment. The following example data is for reference only. The sample concentration was calculated based on the results of the standard curve. The minimum detectable concentration of AGT is less than 50 pg/mL.
Sample Values
Twenty-four human serum samples were evaluated for the concentrations of human AGT in assay. The detection AGT rate of the samples was 100%, the range was 22.417-127.481 μg/mL, and the mean detectable value was 49.099 μg/mL.
Intra-Assay Statistics
Eight replicates of each of 3 samples containing different AGT concentrations were tested in one assay. Acceptable criteria: CV＜10%.
Inter-Assay Statistics
Three samples containing different concentrations of AGT were tested in independent assays. Acceptable criteria: CV<15%.
