The HEK293/HEK293T resDNA Sample Preparation Kit provides a simple and efficient workflow for the isolation and purification of host cell genomic DNA from biopharmaceutical samples. Following sample lysis, DNA specifically binds to the surface of magnetic beads, allowing for rapid and reliable separation from the aqueous phase using a magnetic separator.
IMPORTANT:
This kit is intended for use only with the HEK293/HEK293T resDNA Ultra-Low Quantitation Kit (qPCR). It is not compatible with other residual DNA quantitation kits.

Three different lots of the resDetect™ HEK293/HEK293T resDNA Sample Preparation Kit (Magnetic Beads) were used to extract and quantify HEK293 DNA from samples spiked at two different levels. The acceptance criterion for recovery was 50–150%. Recovery rates for the three lots ranged from 84.32% to 96.98%, demonstrating consistent performance across lots.
