The Bispecific EGFR:c-Met Bridging ELISA Kit is a comprehensive, ready-to-use assay designed to functionally confirm the simultaneous binding of anti-EGFR-anti-c-Met bispecific antibodies (BsAbs) to both of their intended targets. This assay quantifies the formation of the critical EGFR-BsAb-c-Met trimolecular complex, providing a direct measure of the antibody's primary mechanism of action. This all-inclusive kit contains all essential reagents for 100 reactions, including recombinant human EGFR, a c-Met-containing detection reagent, and a validated positive control antibody, thereby streamlining the screening and profiling of therapeutic candidates with exceptional precision and reliability.

Storage

1. Store the unopened kit at 2-8°C upon receipt.

2. Locate the expiration date on the outer packaging and do not use reagents beyond their expiration date.

3. The opened kit should be stored according to the storage conditions listed in the Components Table. The shelf life of the opened kit is 30 days from the date of opening.
