The HRP Antibody Labeling Kit is designed for the efficient and rapid conjugation of antibodies to horseradish peroxidase (HRP) via primary amine groups (such as lysine) on the antibody surface. The streamlined protocol allows for the preparation of conjugates in just 3.5 hours without purification steps or antibody loss. The resulting product is ready for direct use in standard ELISA experiments.
Note: The conjugates generated by this kit are not compatible with ELISA assays utilizing streptavidin-coated plates.
Storage
1. Unopened kit should be stored at -20℃ upon receiving.
2. Find the expiration date on the outside packaging and do not use reagents past their expiration date.

Binding ability of HRP labeled Anti-SN38 Antibody using Cat.No.ALK-A006:
Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human TROP-2, Fc Tag (Cat. No. TR2-H5253) at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Sacituzumab govitecan with a linear range of 0.01-1 ng/mL when detected by HRP labeled Anti-SN38 Antibody, Mouse IgG1 (0.5 μg/mL) (QC tested).
Comparable binding ability of HRP labeled Monoclonal Anti-SN38 Antibody, Mouse IgG1 using different formats of Kit (Cat.No.ALK-A005 and ALK-A006). The results demonstrate high consistency (Routinely tested).
