5 - OMe - UTP is a common modification in mRNA synthesis. It significantly increases mRNA stability. In the context of residual detection, the standard for dsRNA is designed with 5 - OMe - UTP modification. This 5 - OMe - UTP dsRNA is specifically intended for use with the Double - Stranded RNA (dsRNA) ELISA Kit (RES - A092). Serving as a standard, it enables the construction of a reliable standard curve. This allows for accurate quantification of dsRNA in samples by comparing absorbance values during the ELISA assay.

Length
