pUTP is a common modification in mRNA synthesis. It significantly increases mRNA stability. In the context of residual detection, the standard for dsRNA is designed with pUTP modification. This pUTP dsRNA is specifically intended for use with the Double - Stranded RNA (dsRNA) ELISA Kit (RES - A092). Serving as a standard, it enables the construction of a reliable standard curve. This allows for accurate quantification of dsRNA in samples by comparing absorbance values during the ELISA assay.

Purity and length
Double-strand RNA standard was confirmed for purity and length via RNA electrophoresis. The gel was stained with ethidium bromide. The length of dsRNA standard was validated with RNA ladder marker (NEB, N0363S).The purity is greater than 90% .
Sensitivity and Quantification Range
pUTP dsRNA (400bp) was detected using the Double-Stranded RNA (dsRNA) ELISA Kit (Cat. No. RES-A092), with a quantification range of 25-800 pg/mL and an LLOQ as low as 25 pg/mL, based on a four-parameter logistic (4-PL) curve fit. (QC tested).
