This product is stable after storage at:
- -20°C to -70°C for 12 months in lyophilized state.
- -70°C for 12 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
- *The 10× Reaction Buffer provided in this kit contains DTT, a sulfhydryl reducing agent essential for maintaining enzyme activity. When employing the 10× Reaction Buffer exposed to prolonged storage or repeated freeze-thaw cycles, fresh 10 mM DTT should be supplemented to the Reaction Buffer to ensure maximal enzymatic activity, as oxidative degradation of DTT progressively compromises its reducing capacity.

J'aimeI'm using this product in my protein purification to cleave GST tag . Commercially available enzymes from other companies are expensive , not working properly. HRV3C from Acros Biosystem works great and very cheap price. I'm really happy to use this product. otherwise , I have to spent a lot of money to get this enzyme. Thanks, Thiru
