Human Adiponectin Protein, His Tag, premium grade (ADQ-H52H3) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Glu 19 - Asn 244 (Accession # Q15848).

The protein has a calculated MW of 26.4 kDa. The protein migrates as 30-34 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
