Human BCMA Protein, His Tag AIDD-Ready protein is designed for direct use in SPR assays. It is supplied in a sugar-free, glycerol-free formulation to eliminate refractive index interference in SPR. No desalting or buffer exchange is required before use, simplifying the SPR workflow and supporting high-throughput experimental validation to accelerate the transition from AI prediction to wet-lab validation.
TNFRSF17, CD269, BCM, BCMA
Human BCMA Protein, His Tag (BCA-H522yAI) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Met 1 - Ala 54 (Accession # Q02223-1).
Predicted N-terminus: Met 1

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 7.8 kDa. The protein migrates as 14-16 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
>90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
>95% as determined by SEC-MALS.
Formulated in a proprietary trehalose-free buffer, supplied ready-to-use for SPR/BLI analysis - no buffer exchange required.
