Nanodisc-pro Biotinylated Human CD20 Full Length Protein, Flag Tag&His,Avitag (CD0-H82D3) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Met 1 - Pro 297 (Accession # P11836-1).
Predicted N-terminus: Met

This protein carries a Flag tag at the N-terminus and a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™). The protein has a calculated MW of 39.1 kDa.
*The isotype control of empty/mock nanodisc (Cat. No. APO-H8113) is sold separately and not included in protein, you can follow the link for product information.

Nanodisc-pro membrane protein is wrapped by a piece of cell membrane and scaffold, the info of scaffold can be found in above red text "isotope type control...".

Nanodisc-pro membrane protein extraction is a gentle, non-disruptive process that directly isolates full-length transmembrane proteins together with their surrounding native phospholipids from cellular membranes, without breaking or disturbing the original membrane structure. This preserves the membrane protein's natural conformational landscape and native lipid environment, yielding stable nanodisc that retain cellular phospholipids, with fully preserved biological activity—making them ideal for cell-based assays such as FACS and binding assays in antibody discovery and screening (ELISA), etc.
Biotinylation of this product is performed using Avitag™ technology. Briefly, the single lysine residue in the Avitag is enzymatically labeled with biotin.
Passed as determined by the SABA assay / HABA assay / binding ELISA.
