This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 64.6 kDa. The protein migrates as 80-130 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Less than 0.2 EU per μg by the LAL method / rFC method.

SDS-PAGE
Human CD30, Fc Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 90% (With Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker).
SEC-MALS
The purity of Human CD30, Fc Tag (Cat. No. CD0-H5250) is more than 95% and the molecular weight of this protein is around 185-215 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.

J'aimeThere are many CD30 products, with various tags. What I chose was the hFc tag protein. I also purchased CD30L for Fortebio experiment. The result was pretty good.
