Human / Mouse / Rat GDF-8 Protein, Tag Free (GD8-H5344) is expressed from CHO cells. It contains AA Asp 267 - Ser 375 (Accession # O14793). In the region Asp 267 - Ser 375, the amino acid sequences of Human, Mouse and Rat GDF-8 are identical.

The protein has a calculated MW of 12.4 kDa. The protein migrates as 12.0 kDa under reducing (R) condition, and 11 kDa and 25 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under non-reducing (NR) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Human / Mouse / Rat GDF-8 Protein, Tag Free on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) and non-reducing (NR) conditions. The gel was stained with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 90% (With Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker).
