     Her2 FACS

    5e5 of anti-Her2 CAR-293 cells were stained with 100 μL of 1:25 dilution (4 μL stock solution in 100 μL FACS buffer) of PE-Labeled Human Her2, His Tag (Cat. No. HE2-HP2E3) and negative control protein respectively. PE signal was used to evaluate the binding activity (QC tested).

    We used the PE-labeled recombinant ErbB2 protein to detect our HER2-specific CAR constructs. The protein performed exceptionally well, providing a strong and consistent fluorescence signal when analyzing stained samples via flow cytometry. The staining was highly specific, since we detected no background-signal on parental cell-lines lacking the CAR. This is in contrast to staining of CAR expressing cells using ErbB2-Fc in combination with secondary antibodies which often results in higher non-specific signals and is more time consuming. Hence, ErbB2-PE is a valuable tool to detect ErbB2-specific CAR expression via Flow cytometry.

    Can lyophilized proteins remain stable during room-temperature shipping or temporary room-temperature exposure?

    In general, lyophilized proteins remain stable during room-temperature shipping or temporary exposure to room-temperature conditions.


    Many ACROBiosystems recombinant proteins are supplied in lyophilized (freeze-dried) form. The lyophilization process effectively removes moisture from the product, helping reduce degradation-related reactions and improve protein stability during transportation and storage.


    To evaluate the stability of lyophilized proteins under normal temperature conditions, ACROBiosystems conducted a stability study on 11 representative lyophilized protein products at 37°C. The study demonstrated that these proteins maintained good quality stability after storage at 37°C for approximately 20 days. Based on these validation results, temporary room-temperature exposure during shipping or handling is generally not expected to have a significant impact on product quality or downstream application performance.


    To ensure optimal long-term stability, products should be stored according to the storage conditions specified in the product Certificate of Analysis (COA) upon receipt.

Human Epidermal growth factor Receptor 2 (HER2) is also called ERBB2, HER-2,HER-2 /neu, NEU, NGL,TKR1 and c-erb B2,and is a protein giving higher aggressiveness in breast cancers. It is a member of the ErbB protein family, more commonly known as the epidermal growth factor receptor family. HER2 is a cell membrane surface-bound receptor tyrosine kinase and is normally involved in the signal transduction pathways leading to cell growth and differentiation. HER2 is thought to be an orphan receptor, with none of the EGF family of ligands able to activate it. Approximately 30% of breast cancers have an amplification of the HER2 gene or overexpression of its protein product. Overexpression of this receptor in breast cancer is associated with increased disease recurrence and worse prognosis. HER2 appears to play roles in development, cancer, communication at the neuromuscular junction and regulation of cell growth and differentiation .
