Biotinylated Cynomolgus IL-2RB&IL-2RA&IL-2RG Protein, Fc,Avitag&Fc,Avitag (ILG-C82F5) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Ala 27 - Thr 240 & Glu 22 - Glu 213 & Leu 23 - Pro 255 (Accession # Q38J85-1 & H6WS54 & A0A2K5VGJ6).
Predicted N-terminus: Ala 27 & Glu 22
Biotinylated Cynomolgus IL-2RB&IL-2RA&IL-2RG Protein, Fc,Avitag&Fc,Avitag is produced by co-expression of IL-2RB and IL-2RA and IL-2RG, has a calculated MW of 53.0 kDa & 77.4 kDa. Subunit IL-2RB is fused with a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus, followed by a Avi tag (Avitag™) and subunit IL-2RA&IL-2RG is fused with a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus, followed by a Avi tag (Avitag™). The protein migrates as 64-70 kDa and 100-130 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
The protein is designed as a heterotrimer.
Biotinylation of this product is performed using Avitag™ technology. Briefly, the single lysine residue in the Avitag is enzymatically labeled with biotin.
Passed as determined by the SABA assay / HABA assay / binding ELISA.
>90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS, pH7.4 with trehalose as protectant.
