This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).
The protein has a calculated MW of 20.3 kDa. The protein migrates as 25-35 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Labeling
Biotinylation of this product is performed using Avitag™ technology. Briefly, the single lysine residue in the Avitag is enzymatically labeled with biotin.

J'aimeWe purchased the "Biotinylated Human IL-22 Protein, His,Avitag™" from ACRO Biosystems. The quality of this product is great and behaves as expected in our experiments. The product support is great and you can find all the information you need on the website. The only suggestion I would have for this is to make it easier and faster to get protocols and data sheets without having to enter all you basic information to be able to download them. Other than that the only other "negative" review I would have is that there are hardly any discounts or promotions for this product. We bought many of the 25ug vials and, in hindsight, we should have ordered the 200ug to be a little more cost effective. Other than that, communication with a representative is fast and easy if needed.
