Human IL-27 Protein, His Tag, premium grade (Liquid) (IL7-H5328) is expressed from CHO cells. It contains AA Phe 29 - Pro 243 & Arg 21 - Lys 229 (Accession # Q14213-1 & Q8NEV9-1).

Molecular Characterization
This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 48.6 kDa. The protein migrates as 52 kDa±3 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Less than 0.01 EU per μg by the LAL method / rFC method.

Human IL-27 Protein, His Tag, premium grade (Liquid) on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95% (With Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker).
Bioactivity-CELL BASE
Human IL-27 Protein, His Tag, premium grade (Liquid) (Cat. No. IL7-H5328) induced STAT3 (Luc) Reporter activity in HEK293 cells. The EC50 for this effect is 0.1175 μg/mL (Routinely tested).
