Human IL-31 RA & OSMR Protein, Fc Tag (ILR-H525e) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Ala 20 - Glu 519 (IL-31 RA) & Glu 28 - Met 740 (OSMR) (Accession # Q8NI17-1 & Q99650-1).

Molecular Characterization

Human IL-31 RA & OSMR Protein, Fc Tag, produced by co-expression of IL-31 RA and OSMR, has a calculated MW of 165.7 kDa. This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus. The protein migrates as 200-250 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

The protein is designed as a heterodimer.
