Human L-Selectin Protein, His Tag (SEL-H52H3) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Trp 39 - Asn 332 (Accession # P14151-1).
Predicted N-terminus: Trp 39
This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 39.2 kDa. The protein migrates as 47-66 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method / rFC method.
>90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS, pH7.4 with trehalose as protectant.
