Cynomolgus NKp46, Llama IgG2b Fc Tag (NC1-C5255) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Pro 22 - Arg 257 (Accession # Q95JB9-1).
This protein carries a llama IgG2b Fc tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 54.7 kDa. The protein migrates as 60-70 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Less than 0.01 EU per μg by the LAL method / rFC method.
>90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in 50 mM Tris, 100 mM Glycine, 25 mM Arginine, 150 mM NaCl, pH7.5 with trehalose as protectant.
