BtRf-BetaCoV/JL2012 Spike Trimer, His Tag (SPN-S52Hs) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293) with T4 fibritin trimerization motif and a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. It contains AA Tyr 16 - Pro 1176 (Accession # A0A0U1UYX4-1 (R648A, KV949-950PP)).
Predicted N-terminus: Tyr 16

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 133.3 kDa. The protein migrates as 160-190 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method / rFC method.
>95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in 0.1 M Sodium citrate, pH5.5 with trehalose as protectant.
