Workflow
Storage
Unopened kit should be stored at 2℃-8℃ upon receiving. The opened kit should be stored per components table. The shelf life is 30 days from the date of opening.

For each experiment, each ELISA plate needs to set the standard curve. The minimum detectable concentration of CRS-B002 is less than 1.0 pg/mL.

J'aimeused this elisa as a control to compare against other methods of cytokine detection. quantification form both methods were similar and therefore the elisa worked well for our purpose.
