     IL-1β TYPICAL DATA

    For each experiment, a standard curve needs to be set for each microplate, and the specific OD value may vary depending on different laboratories, testers, or equipment. The following example data is for reference only. The sample concentration was cal-culated based on the results of the standard curve. The minimum detectable con-centration of mouse IL-1β is less than 3 pg/mL.

Validation
  • Intra-Assay Statistics

    Ten replicates of each of three samples containing different mouse IL-1β concentra-tions were tested in one assay. Acceptable criteria: CV<10%.

  • Inter-Assay Statistics

    Three samples containing different concentrations of mouse IL-1β were tested in in-dependent assays. Acceptable criteria: CV<15%.

  • Recovery

    Recombinant mouse IL-1β was spiked into three mouse serum samples, and then analyzed. The average recovery of IL-1β for serum samples is 98.7%.
