This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).
The protein has a calculated MW of 17.3 kDa. The protein migrates as 30-35 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Biotinylation of this product is performed using Avitag™ technology. Briefly, the single lysine residue in the Avitag is enzymatically labeled with biotin.

Biotinylated Human BTLA (31-150) (M105V, G138S, V148M), His,Avitag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 90%.

Why are different expression ranges (31–134 and 31–150) used for human BTLA proteins?
The different lengths of human BTLA proteins correspond to different isoforms. The aa31–134 sequence represents isoform 2, while aa31–150 corresponds to isoform 1. ACRO provides BTLA proteins of varying lengths to meet diverse customer requirements.
