This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 38.1 kDa & 49.3 kDa. The protein migrates as 40 kDa, 60 kDa and 87-120 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Labeling

LikesGPC3 is also currently a popular target for solid tumors. I bought this product to detect the positive rate of CAR-T cells. The result was the same with the one performed using our own purified expressed protein (added hFc tag, which requires fluorescent labeled secondary antibodies). But no need to dye for secondary antibodies, so this one from ACRO was more convenient.
