This protein carries a mouse IgG2a Fc tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 73.25 kDa. The protein migrates as 90-100 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Human LAG-3, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95% (With Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker).
SEC-MALS
The purity of Human LAG-3, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag (Cat. No. LA3-H52Aa) is more than 95% and the molecular weight of this protein is around 160-185 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.

Flow Cytometry assay shows that Human LAG3, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag (Cat. No. LA3-H52Aa) can bind to daudi cell surface. The concentration of LAG3 used is 0.3 μg/mL (Routinely tested).
Protocol
FACS analysis shows that the binding Human LAG3, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag (Cat. No. LA3-H52Aa) to daudi cells was inhibited by increasing concentration of neutralizing Anti-LAG3 antibody. The concentration of LAG3 used is 1 μg/mL. The IC50 is 0.165 μg/mL (Routinely tested).

J'aimeWe purchased ACRO's Human LAG3-mFc protein, and we tested its affinity with the antibody on Biacore T200. The results showed that the affinity was within the normal range, and the protein bioactivity is very good!
