Cynomolgus / Rhesus macaque OX40 Ligand Protein, His Tag (OXL-C5243) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Gln 51 - Leu 183 (Accession # A0A1D5QQH7 ). In the region Gln 51 - Leu 183, the amino acid sequences of Cynomolgus and Rhesus macaque OX40 Ligand are identical.

Molecular Characterization
This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 49.3 kDa. The protein migrates as 65-80 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under non-reducing (NR) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Less than 0.01 EU per μg by the LAL method / rFC method.

>90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
