Product Overview

CBA Single-Factor Detection Reagents enable quantitative analysis of individual soluble cell-released factors via flow cytometry. Utilizing antibody-conjugated magnetic microspheres, they accurately quantify targets in cell culture supernatants, plasma, or serum. Application

This Panel (Flow Cytometry Bead Assay) gives quantitative results of mouse Interleukin-10 (IL-10) with a sample testing. The performance of this panel has been optimized for specific analysis of cytokines.

Storage

1. Unopened buffer should be stored at 2℃-8℃ upon receiving.

2. Find the expiration date on the outside packaging and do not use reagents past their expiration date.
